I have been in tech PR for over 20 years working both on corporate and agency sides. I focus on mostly enterprise and start up technology clients.

This year is my first year on the Board and I am working on the Program Committee.

Do you have a childhood moment when everyone knew you’d be a communications specialist?
When I was in 6th grade I wanted to be a sports broadcaster (play-by-play) for the Boston Red Sox. This was at a time when women were not prevalent in sports broadcasting. Instead of going into sports journalism in college I took a leap of faith and studied PR, and the rest is history!
What is your top getaway destination?
My favorite place to visit get away is the Maine coast. I love everything about it from the food to the beaches. But my bucket list for travel is long. I’d like to complete my goal of visiting all the MLB ballparks (Pittsburg is next!) I’m halfway there at 15 out of 30. I’d also love to visit Montana and Copenhagen very soon.
