THE Carillonneur Award Nomination Form

The Carillonneur Award recognizes a public relations or communications agency, in-house team, or workplace who has demonstrated strength, growth, and a commitment to culture over the past year. This new award is based on a carillonneur, a musician who plays a carillon, which is a set of bells that are usually hung in a tower. The symbolic nature of this award represents a commitment to culture and unity. The award is given to a New England public relations or communications agency, in-house team, or otherwise workplace that has excelled in this commitment to fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment. The winner must demonstrate excellence in the workplace, a strong company culture, and set goals for improving morale.

ELIGIBILITY

  • Workplaces must have existed for more than one year
  • Workplaces must have a staff of 10 or more employees 
  • Workplaces must have a set company culture or guidelines for fostering a positive work environment
  • Workplaces must have a commitment to professional development for all of their employees 
  • Workplaces must be based in the New England region at the time of the submission process 

application process

  • 1 page with a workplace photo/group shot, how many employees there are, how long they have been in business, etc. Nomination must include why this company/agency/workplace deserves to win the award, including significant achievements in fostering a collaborative culture, professional development plans, upholding morale, and achieving growth 
  • Nomination by workplace staff member or HR director 
  • Entry fee: Free for PR Club members; $50 for non-members 

Nomination deadline: April 18, 2025, by 6 p.m. ET
